Why I Created the Snap Method
When my daughter was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, I became her full-time caregiver. Life became about survival, hers and mine. And in the middle of that, I realized something life-changing:
You don’t have to wait for life to be perfect to feel better

It’s not about doing more – it’s about doing what matters
The Snap Method starts where most support doesn’t – with your nervous system and the biology underneath. When the body is regulated, the mind follows. That’s not a theory. It’s science, and it’s what I lived. It’s what this work is built on.
I deepened that work through formal training in the science of human flourishing, earning a Master’s degree, and drawing on over two decades of experience as a Registered Dietitian and Registered Social Service Worker. Personal experience and professional expertise became the foundation of everything I do today.
The Snap Method is what I built to recalibrate my own health. Now I use it to help others do the same.
