For Individuals

Support for your health, in your body, your mind and your life

Sometimes you know something feels off, but you’re not quite sure where to start.

Maybe your energy isn’t what it used to be. Your sleep has changed. Eating feels harder than it should. Stress is showing up in your body. Hormonal changes are affecting how you feel. Or maybe you’re managing everything on the outside, but you just don’t feel quite like yourself.

As both a Registered Dietitian and Registered Social Service Worker, Psychotherapist, I look at the whole picture.

That can include nutrition, metabolic and hormonal health, sleep, stress, nervous system biology, thoughts and emotions, habits, relationships and what is actually going on in your life.

You don’t have to decide whether what you’re experiencing is a “body” issue or a “mind” issue before we start. We figure that out together.

What Working Together Looks Like

We start with what’s going on for you

There is no standard program or one-size-fits-all plan. We start with what you’ve been noticing, what feels hard right now and what you would most like to be different.

Z

What has changed and what feels most important right now

Z

Your nutrition, sleep, energy, appetite, stress, routines and health history

Z

What you would most like to feel or function differently

We look at the body and mind together

Physical and mental health are often deeply connected. Rather than separating what is happening in your body from how you are feeling emotionally, we look at the pieces that may be influencing each other.

    We will start to explore:

    Z

    Nutrition, metabolic and hormonal health

    Z

Stress, sleep, energy and nervous system patterns

    Z

Thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships and what is happening in your life

    We make it practical

Understanding what may be going on is helpful. Knowing what to do with that understanding is what matters. Together, we focus on changes that make sense for you and are realistic enough to actually use in everyday life.

Together, we will do a deep dive to:

    Z

    Personalized nutrition strategies

    Z

Counselling, nervous system tools and practical application

    Z

Strategies you can actually use when life is busy, stressful or unpredictable

    Z

How to create more energy, confidence and capacity for the things that matter to you

Let’s connect and talk it through.
